TLT | Kasana, Luweero Town Council| UMEME announced the permanent closure of its Kaludo-complex housed Kasana service centre on February 15th 2025.
In light of this closure, the electricity distributor’s customers are advised to use the Bombo service centre, or the one in Wabigalo.
This closure and other actions, yet to be taken to consolidate the company’s assets, as well as locations should not come as a surprise.
It is important to remember that UMEME ’s electricity distributor concession expires at the stroke of midnight on March 31st, 2025.
